He brings a deep understanding of VRF and ductless systems and HVAC systems, shaped by years of hands-on field experience and leadership in large-scale commercial projects. As a licensed Master Refrigeration Technician and Pipefitter, he’s known for his practical approach, technical real-world solutions, and dedication that simplify installation & maintenance and helping others succeed.
At Inaba Denko America, Shane focuses on supporting contractors and distributors with product training, technical guidance, product education, and application support that make installation simpler and more efficient. His commitment to teamwork, field innovation, and continuous learning makes him a key contributor to the company’s expanding North American technical support network
