A. If the product sustains excessive heat reflection, etc., there is a possibility it will deform. Also, when installed horizontally, if the inner piping of the product is not properly supported, it could deform from the weight of the piping. Please refer to the Instruction Manual for details.

A. The protrusions (pins) are meant to be inserted into a hole in the duct covers to prevent the duct cover from slipping off and falling when being installed vertically. If those protrusions are not needed, like for horizontal installations, please clip them off with pliers.
