A. The NFP series is designed to provide a flexible, adjustable solution for routing linesets or piping through walls, with multiple length configurations to suit different wall thicknesses.
Q. What sizes are available for the NFP wall sleeve?
A. Three sizes are available:
- NFP-60: 61.5 mm outer / 50.5 mm inner diameter
- NFP-65: 66.5 mm outer / 55.5 mm inner diameter
- NFP-75: 76.5 mm outer / 65.5 mm inner diameter
Q. What is the adjustment range for sleeve length?
A. The NFP series can be configured for different wall thicknesses as follows:
- 99–105 mm: 1 set (A + B)
- 127–180 mm: 1 set (A + C or A + B + C)
- 196–255 mm: 2 sets (A + B + B + C)
- 265–330 mm: 3 sets (A + B + B + B + C)
Note: Lengths between 105–127 mm cannot be configured due to structural limits.
Q. What material and color is the sleeve made from?
A. The NFP wall sleeves are made from polyethylene (PE) and come in ivory color.
Q. Are there any installation considerations?
A. Yes, please ensure the following:
- A minimum screw-in depth of 24 mm between parts
- Waterproofing at joints and wall penetrations using caulk or putty

A. The following accessories are available:
- Wall Cap NWC (Sizes 60, 65, 75) – ABS construction; designed only for use with NFP
- Wall Cap Lid NWM-C – Polypropylene cap for use with NWC only
Q. Can the NWC wall cap be used without NFP?
A. No. The NWC and NWM-C caps are designed specifically for use with the NFP sleeve and cannot function independently.
