GPC Anti-Vibration Pad

Reduces noise, shock, and vibration. Made from durable rubber or neoprene for long-lasting equipment protection.

The GPC Anti-Vibration Pad provides a cushioned base that absorbs and isolates vibration from HVAC units, compressors, pumps, and other machinery. Made from high-performance materials such as rubber or neoprene, it acts as a buffer between operating equipment and the supporting surface, reducing vibration, noise transmission, and shock.

Its projected surface maintains separation between contact points, allowing the pad to absorb vibration even under heavy loads without the projections touching each other. Built-in cut lines and stackable construction also give installers flexibility when sizing HVAC vibration pads for different equipment installations.

The GPC Anti-Vibration Pad uses its cushioned material and projected surface design to isolate equipment vibration from the supporting structure.

Vibration and Noise Isolation
It absorbs vibration between operating equipment and its supporting surface. This reduces vibration transfer, which also helps limit noise transmission into surrounding structures.

Spaced Projection Design
Each surface projection has sufficient clearance from adjacent projections. The spacing prevents contact between projections under heavy loads, allowing the pad to maintain its performance.

Built-In Cutting Guides
Embossed cut lines appear at 2-inch intervals across the surface. Installers can follow these guides to cut the pad to the dimensions required for the equipment.

Stackable Pad Construction
Pads with the same item number can be stacked in layers. This design provides a straightforward method for increasing the pad assembly height where the installation requires it.

Q: What Does A GPC Anti-Vibration Pad Do?
A: You can place these HVAC vibration pads beneath the outdoor equipment in a mini-split system. The cushioned pad acts as a buffer that reduces vibration, shock, and noise transmission to surrounding structures.

Q: Where Can You Use GPC HVAC Vibration Pads?
A: These HVAC vibration pads with HVAC units, compressors, pumps, and other machinery. They are suited to residential, commercial, and industrial settings where equipment vibration needs isolation.

Q: Can You Cut the GPC Anti-Vibration Pad To Size?
A: Yes. Use the embossed cut lines positioned at 2-inch intervals as guides when sizing the pad. This allows you to prepare the dimensions required for equipment installation.

Q: How Does The Pad Perform Under Heavy Loads?
A: It provides sufficient spacing between individual surface projections so they do not touch each other under heavy loads. This spacing allows the projections to continue absorbing vibration while supporting the equipment.

Q: Can You Stack GPC Anti-Vibration Pads?
A: Stack them in layers when using HVAC vibration pads with the same item number. The stackable design provides additional installation flexibility while retaining the pad’s vibration-isolation function.

Q: When Should You Replace GPC Anti-Vibration Pads?
A: We recommend replacing the pads when the outdoor unit is changed. You can also inspect them during your annual maintenance and replace them as needed based on their condition.

Why Choose Inaba Denko

We develop HVAC installation accessories around specific mechanical requirements found in the field. The GPC applies this product engineering to vibration isolation through a practical combination of load support, vibration absorption, and adjustable sizing.

Designed Around Equipment Movement

It creates a cushioned separation between equipment and its supporting structure. This physical barrier helps control the transfer of vibration generated during normal equipment operation.

Practical Jobsite Sizing

The 2-inch embossed cutting intervals give installers clear reference points for sizing. This allows the pad dimensions to be adjusted according to the equipment footprint at the site.

Built For Load Conditions

The projection spacing keeps adjacent projections separated under heavy loads. Therefore, the pad retains its vibration-absorbing function while supporting equipment weight.

Supported Across North America

We provide product information and application support to distributors and HVAC contractors throughout North America.

Best Used For

You can place the GPC Anti-Vibration Pad beneath HVAC units, compressors, pumps, and other machinery that generate vibration during operation. The cushioned material isolates equipment from the supporting surface, reducing vibration and noise transmission.

These HVAC vibration pads also suit residential, commercial, and industrial installations where equipment size or placement requires adjustable support. Installers can cut the pad along 2-inch intervals or stack matching items when the application calls for it.
