Q. Is the insulation for the PAIRCOIL products UV-resistant?
A. The Paircoil lineset undergoes the SWOM test to meet ASTM G151 and G152 standards for UV resistance. However, to maintain performance and protect it from weather, pollution, or accidental damage, we recommend using SLIMDUCT and UV Resistant Adhesive Tape for added protection.

Q. Are cable ties included in the PAIRCOIL packaging?
A. No, cable ties are not included with Paircoil and should be purchased separately.

Q. Are both ends of PAIRCOIL flared?
A. The Paircoil lineset is not flared, and flare nuts are not included. Installers should flare the ends as required for each application using the flare nuts provided by the equipment manufacturer.

Q. Is PAIRCOIL compatible with R32 refrigerant?
A. Yes, Paircoil has been pressure tested to 700 psi, which makes it suitable for HVAC systems using R32 and other current refrigerants.

Q. Can these products be used for applications outside of heating and air conditioning?
