With over 20 years of marketing and product management experience across North and South America, Karina joined Inaba Denko America in 2020 as the company’s first U.S. marketing professional. She played a key role in building the brand’s marketing foundation, from developing brand strategy and content creation to product growth and distribution support throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Karina leads the company’s marketing and product initiatives, collaborating closely with distributors, contractors, and sales teams to ensure Inaba Denko’s brand consistency and real-world relevance. She’s frequently on the road visiting residential and commercial job sites, gaining firsthand insight into HVAC installation practices and gathering valuable feedback from industry professionals.
Passionate about connection learning, and field-driven innovation, Karina takes pride in bridging communication between the field and the brand, helping develop marketing tools and product support and technical resources that truly reflect the needs of HVAC professionals.
